Unexpected illness or injury, weather, delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage problems, and emergencies away from home can create substantial costs. Travel protection may help with certain covered events, subject to the policy’s benefits, limits, exclusions, and eligibility rules. It does not cover every circumstance. Does using a travel advisor cost extra?
Travel suppliers generally pay the advisor commission from their share of the booking price. If a separate professional planning fee applies to a particular request, Jasmine will disclose it before work begins so there are no surprises.
When should I begin planning?
For the best selection, begin several months ahead—and earlier for groups, holiday travel, destination weddings, cruises, or popular seasons. Last-minute requests are welcome when availability permits.
Do you arrange payment plans?
Many suppliers offer scheduled deposits or installment options. Availability and terms vary by supplier, destination, and travel date; Jasmine will identify eligible options during the proposal process.
Can you book flights, activities, and transportation?
Yes. Your request can include flights, accommodations, airport transfers, rental cars, private transportation, tours, activities, and excursions, depending on supplier availability.
Do you provide travel protection information?
Yes. Travel protection is optional but strongly recommended because covered illness, weather, cancellations, delays, baggage problems, or emergencies can create significant costs. Coverage varies and does not protect against every circumstance, so always review the provider’s policy documents, limits, exclusions, and timing requirements.
What happens after I submit the form?
Jasmine reviews your trip details, follows up if anything needs clarification, researches fitting options, and organizes a proposal for you to review before anything is booked.
What will I review before authorizing a booking?
You will review the selected travel details, current pricing and availability, deposit requirements, and the supplier’s applicable change and cancellation terms before authorizing a purchase.
Where do my travel payments go?
Travel payments are made directly to the hotel, cruise line, airline, tour operator, other travel supplier, or InteleTravel—never to Jasmine’s personal account, personal PayPal, or in cash.
What confirmation and documentation will I receive?
After payment and supplier confirmation, you receive the applicable reservation information and supplier documentation. Review traveler names, dates, inclusions, and terms promptly, and keep the records for your trip.
